Glenn founded RPS in 1996 and built the business with dedication, hard work, and loyal employees. Glenn’s goal was to deliver an exceptional service to the client that was above and beyond the call of duty for the particular project. This lead to customer loyalty and repeat business. As the founder and owner, Glenn’s role with the company is to provide strategic direction. Prior to founding RPS, Glenn served his country in the USMC for 4 years and was a successful commodities broker for 15 years. In addition to RPS, Glenn oversees the operations of his other entities including, RPS Environmental, Garrett Holdings, Sea Vixen Tackle Company, and Cedarbrook Arabians. In his free time, Glenn enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Since joining the RPS team in 2005, Ted has managed numerous facets of the business. His endeavors ranged from managing the RPS forestry mulching business, RPS sand mine operations, and RPS fleet maintenance for the entire company. He served in the U S Army for 5-1/2 years where his leadership training has helped him in his everyday life and he lives by the moto of “Lead by Example”. He has received training in Confined Space Entry, HazWoper, Level I Erosion & Control, and Stormwater BMP Inspection & Maintenance. When not working he enjoys spending time with family and friend, shooting, hunting and fishing.
After joining this team nearly 3 years ago as the Director of Sales and Business Development, Jaymie has focused on building stronger relationships with our existing customers and expanding our customer base. With over 35 years of General Management and Sales Management experience, he still loves the customer interaction and helping our clients solve their stormwater issues. Building a relationship with our clients and understanding their needs is critical to the partnership. Understanding your role in their business and how you impact their business is essential for building a long term profitable relationship for both.
Wilmington has been his home since moving here over 34 years ago. He has been married to his wife Pam for 35 years after meeting in college. Jaymie has two daughters, Ashley and Christie, who both still live in Wilmington. He can be found on the weekends on the water either finding a private island to lounge and hang out with his wife and dog or fishing for red drum with one of his longtime friends in the backwaters between Hampstead and Fort Fisher.
Bill has provided leadership, excellent workmanship and exceptional customer care for Retention Pond Services for 18 years, leading crews and projects along the Mid-Atlantic and Southern states. He manages personnel, coordinates equipment, budget and communication with company leadership and customers.
He has led the way working on projects such as pond restoration, bio retention installation, storm water system repair/ maintenance and other environmental compliance projects. Vac truck services for commercial sites, environmental consulting, storm water inspection, environmental remediation, used oil management and other environmental projects.
Adam’s daily focus at RPS Environmental is to ensure the monthly scheduling of crew routes. He also oversees and supports the spray and maintenance crews that operate in the field. Adam enjoys the opportunities that RPS Environmental provides for him to be able to deliver exceptional customer service and dedication to local as well as out of state clients.
Prior to coming to RPS Environmental, Adam has worked as a contractor in the nuclear field; as well as operated his own mowing and landscaping business for a number of years.
Adam and his wife, Brittany, are both natives of the Wilmington area, and enjoy raising their two young children, Reagan and Levi. Adam is a passionate deer hunter and also enjoys fishing in his spare time.
Stacy has been with RPS since 2014 and handles a wide array of responsibilities for the company. Fleet Management, New Hire and Employee File Maintenance, Management of Field Device Protocols and Inventory and Client Support are just a few of her daily tasks and on top of that she keeps things running efficiently as Office Manager . . . someone has to keep the boys in line! She loves the work/family balance the company provides so that she can dedicate quality time to her family as well as kids in the community.
A graduate of UNCW with a bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Child Development, she is a Licensed Foster Parent since 2016 and a Co-Founder and Board Member of The Foster Pantry, a local non-profit that services the needs of foster children in New Hanover and surrounding counties in North Carolina.
Stacy is married with 1 daughter who she and her husband adopted after fostering her. In her free time she loves nothing more than spending time with her family in the great outdoors.
